Description: Concepts related to living within an equitable, inclusive, and diverse America, including aspects of communication regarding specific identities (racial, sex/gender, sexual orientation, class, ability, age, and intersectionality); tolerance and appreciation (prejudice, discrimination, implicit bias); and considerations of privilege, with a focus on dialogue and civic and political engagement.
